About Me

I am a Ph.D. candidate in Public Administration and Public Policy at Auburn University, specializing in public administration, nonprofit management, collaborative governance, and environmental policy. My dissertation examines government–third sector collaboration for building severe weather–resilient water infrastructure in vulnerable U.S. communities.

At Auburn, I serve as an Instructor of Record in the Department of Political Science, and I am a 2025–2026 Frédéric Bastiat Fellow at the Mercatus Center, George Mason University.

Before joining Auburn, I earned an M.Phil. in Public Administration from the University of Ghana, where I also served as a teaching assistant in the Department of Public Administration, and a B.Sc. in Business Administration (Human Resource Management) from Central University, Ghana. I also studied Regional Development and International Studies at Mendel University in the Czech Republic as an Erasmus+ scholar.

My published work has appeared in Public Administration and Development, Politics & Policy, and The Theory and Practice of Legislation, with additional manuscripts under review.
