Research
My research coalesces around three interconnected areas: public administration, environmental policy, and nonprofit studies. In public administration, I focus on collaborative governance, organizational theory, crisis management, public management, and public sector human resource management. In environmental policy, my work emphasizes water policy, infrastructure resilience, and environmental justice. In nonprofit studies, I examine the diverse roles that nonprofit and civil society organizations play in governance.
